1Where do you deliver and Are there any delivery charges?
Just A Bunch delivers to areas around Johor Bahru City area it's surrounding area. Most areas are free delivery however some areas such as Masai, Nusajaya / Medini, Senai comes with a delivery fee. The poscode will tell you how much. You can check the delivery area by checking the postcode below.
Johor: We DO NOT deliver to Pasir Gudang, Kulai, Ulu Tiram and Pulai.

>Important Note: Please check on Google for the recipient address correct postcode number. Attempts to bypass this delivery location by entering a different/wrong postcode will risk order not being delivered. We reserve the right to add handling charges if there are special instructions.
2When do you deliver ?
We deliver Monday - Saturdays. If a State or National Public Holiday falls on a weekday/Saturday, that day will NOT have any delivery (i.e. we're closed on Public Holidays). *An exception will be done for 2 special days in a year which is Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. On these 2 days, we will deliver even if it falls on a weekend.
3What time do you deliver ?
We delivery Same Day flowers within 9AM – 6PM.
4What if no one's home ?
Please take note that to keep our prices low (and the free delivery), we are only able to make one delivery attempt per order. If no one is at home to receive the bunch, we will leave the flowers at a safe place nearby (example neighbour’s house or maybe the front porch if possible). We will not be able to wait too long and any request to re-send will incur a re-delivery fee. Remember to include the correct delivery address and provide any specific details (such as house gate colour) that will assist in our delivery process.

1How to Order?
You can order from this website, by click on the “Send Today” at the main page. Alternatively, you can message us at Facebook messaging and we will get back to you on your order.
2Is there a phone number that I can call ?
Yes, our hotline number is +6018 7926612. Take note that our operation hours are from Mondays-Saturdays 9.00AM - 5.00PM. If it's outside these hours, we might be offline therefore we may not pickup call or read/reply messages.
3How do I know whether recipient has received it ? Would you provide a notification service ?
We will not auto-notify senders when recipients receive the bunches as usually recipients will call/msg senders to thank them. Nevertheless, you may request us to keep you informed by letting us know.
4Can I cancel my order?
Once paid, there will be no refund. Therefore, we can cancel your order but there will be no refund.
5Can I self-pickup my bunch ?
No, all bunches are to be delivered. There is no walk-in.
6How Big is a Bunch ? What's the size ?
You can have a view of the actual size of the bunch on our HOW IT WORKS page. We hold it with our hands, so you will know the relative size.

1How can I pay?
Via Our Website. For Credit Card transaction, we use PayPal. For Online Banking, we also have an integrated FPX payment method within this website provided by Billplz.com,
2How will I know if my order was successful?
If you pay by Credit Card, You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal. If you pay by FPX (Direct Debit), You will receive an email confirmation from Billplz.com. All orders will come with a unique order number at the end of the form (also emailed to your email). You can quote us this unique order number for any inquiries.
3How to use FPX Online Payment ?
Our FPX Online Payment is handled by Billplz.com, a Malaysian company. You can use your Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, PB Online, RHB Now, Alliance Bank and many more. See the pictures below for your Step-By-Step Guide
